Before founding Diversified, Fred worked as a broadcast engineer, and it was then that his fascination with technology and new applications began. This interest in applying technology to communications problems led him to seek a wide variety of projects that covered the full spectrum of needs in the communications industry.

His vision was to build a world-class design and integration team that would offer a wide variety of experience from multiple disciplines. This is

Fred's current responsibilities include corporate planning, strategic market development, creating and maintaining partnerships, overseeing operations, and managing customer and manufacturer relationships. With more than 25 years of experience in the executive management of project system integration, Fred has the knowledge and skills needed to keep Diversified at the forefront of the systems integration industry.

Kevin Collins
Executive Vice President and COO
Kevin has more than 20 years of experience in system integration and implementation along with a B.S. degree in business. Kevin has spent his entire career in the system integration business, having started in 1985; he has been with Diversified since 1994. Kevin started in the business as an installation technician, moved into engineering sales support and eventually became a sales manager. During his tenure at Diversified, Kevin has moved from sales manager to SVP of Operations, managing the growth and guiding operations management of the organization.

While at Diversified, Kevin participated in hundreds of successful projects throughout the country and internationally for clients like Lucasfilm, Goldman Sachs, CNN and Reuters.

Mark M. S. Lee
Executive Vice President, International Growth Market
Mark has over twenty years of experience in marketing, global project management, corporate consulting, syndication, financing, and international commerce trades. With extensive domestic and global network connections, experience, and valuable insights, his contributions bring much success to our diversified clients in often challenging environments.

Mark has been with DS since 1994, contributing to a range of highly visible US and International projects. Mark is excellent at forming and working with various structural partnerships to address complex deals. Some of his global achievements include working with Samsung, Time Warner, World Cup Stadiums, Loews, SK Group, DuPont, GE, Hyundai, 3M, Mandarin Oriental, Golf Channel, HBO, Bellagio, Hutchison Whampoa, Hayami, SONY, Mitsui, Haier, AHong, Disney, Guggenheim, Expo, CCTV, KBS, Daewoo, Trump, Valero, CIT, SMC, Bloomberg, and more.

Mark continues to develop our global positioning and direction, and he nurtures our desire to be the best and most beneficial partners in the world marketplace.

With a B.S. degree in Biochemistry from Manhattan College, Mark has further studied International Financing and Global Strategy in the Harvard/MIT joint graduate program.

Duane Yoslov
Senior Vice President, Sales & Operations Western Region
Duane Yoslov has dedicated his career to the systems integration business, designing and installing professional video and audio systems. He is actively involved in the daily project operations for many of Diversified Systems’ projects, having worked in nearly every capacity: as an installation technician, design engineer, project manager and technical sales representative. He has taken on progressively more responsibility through the years.

Prior to joining Diversified, Duane worked for Sony Systems Integration for nearly fourteen years as both a contractor and full-time employee. During his time at Sony, Duane was an integral part of many groundbreaking projects and tightly coordinated systems, including: television’s first regularly broadcast high-definition program for NBC’s The Tonight Show in 1999; a 24-camera, live-production system for CBS’ Big Brother program in 2000; and the first 1080i, 24P mobile production trailer constructed for the Action Sports and Entertainment Mobile, a division of Vulcan, Inc. in 2002.

Since joining Diversified, Duane and the West Coast team have successfully completed many projects for such clients as Lucasfilm Ltd., New Century Productions, NASA, Game Creek Video, and Comcast.

He is a 1990 graduate of the University of Arizona with a B.A. in Communications.

Fabio Pansolini
Senior Vice President, Business Development
Before coming to Diversified, Fabio Pansolini had a successful career at Sony, covering business development at every level. Beginning as a product manager, he quickly moved to Business Development for telecommunications, then video conferencing, and corporate video, before becoming a senior account manager for broadcast, focusing on clients such as NBC, Viacom, Cablevision and others, ultimately becoming a regional sales manager for the Northeast.

In 2001, Fabio became general manager and director of business development for Sony’s Professional Services Division, overseeing SIC’s consulting and integration nationwide, and developing both high level clients and strategic 3rd party relationships and partnerships.

As Diversified’s senior vice president of business development, Pansolini continues to work with networks such as Fox, Turner Broadcasting, HBO, CNN as well as many high level non-broadcast clients, while maintaining high level 3rd party relationships and strategic alliances.
